PITA BREAD STUFF WITH ROASTED HERBS CHICKEN BREAST IN SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE

PITA BREAD STUFF WITH HERBS CHICKEN BREAST AND TOMATO SALAS , SAUTE CHICK PEAS AND CHINESE CABBAGE 


I FEEL LIKE I AM EATING IN MOROCCO :) 

HEY ALL FOOD LOVERS ~ this is my new dish this is more like a playful dish , because the consumer can stuff what ever he or she like in the pita bread or we normally call it the pocket bread . 


Firstly , let start with the tomato salsa , to start of just cut the tomato, cut them in to small cubes , next cut up some red onion and a bit of garlic to give it more taste lastly what make this salsa so unique is that this tomato salsa i added in some Chinese pickles in to it the Chinese pickles is more flavorful then the normal cucumber pickles , it is added in to give it more crunch and more taste and beside of adding in lemon juice i add in some Chinese lime , and lastly add in some salt and pepper ,the salsa is best left for a few hours so that all the ingredients get the chance to know each other will and mix well . Next for the chicken , the chicken is marinate with a butter marination , the marination ingredients is butter , salt , pepper , paprika powder , mix spice , chili flakes , rosemary , and thyme . Let the butter melt till room temperature and add in the seasoning , brush on the marination on to the chicken and leave it in the chiller for 1 to 2 hours ,after that take the chicken out and cook it in a 200 c oven for about 40 minutes till the chicken is fully cook and slice it thin . For the saute chicken , in a pan just add in some olive oil and a bit of butter , pour the chick peas in the pan and cook till the chick peas in fully cook , and the chick peas becomes crunchy on the out side and soft in the inside just like a fry potato but even better , for the saute Chinese cabbage in a pan just add in some olive oil and a bit of red onion , garlic cook it till the onion and garlic is golden brown , next add in the Chinese cabbage and saute it for a few minutes not to over cook the cabbage because the cabbage in normally sweet and lastly add in  some salt and pepper . Lastly for the barbecue sauce , in a sauce pan add in some barbecue sauce with mustard and honey and add in some water cook till the sauce simmer and add in some chop garlic for more taste lastly add in some chili flakes to give it the extra kick to it , if you don't like so spicy you can just skip the chili flakes and cook it till the mixture is thickened and lastly add in salt and pepper  remember to always taste the end result :) . For the pita bread just glaze it with some melted butter and in a pan place it pita bread very important put the pan on low heart so that the pita bread won't get burn , after a 1 or 2 minutes turn the pita bread and cook the other side till the pita  bread is warm on both sides . to plate the dish just simply cut the pita bread in half but not all the way just enough to stuff the ingredients insides , you can all so add in some mozzarella cheese after that you stuff your pita bread with all the ingredient you like and  put it in the oven for 2 more minutes to let the cheese melt to perfection . SOFT AND CHEWY HONEY BLACK CURRENT COOKIES

SOFT AND CHEWY BLACK CURRENT COOKIES WITH HONEY 


IT IS SOOOOO SOFT AND CHEWY !!!!!

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!! This is my new creation it is a black current cookies with a honey taste :). First it is make with flour , eggs, butter , honey , black current , vanilla extract , baking powder and that is all you will need and yes there is NO need for sugar cause the honey is sweet enough it is best to use a good quality honey so you can really taste the honey in the cookies , but if you prefer more sweet you are more then welcome to add in some sugar , mix all the the dry ingredient in a bowl and add in the honey and butter , mix till all is well combine and lastly add in the dry black current and fold in the black current so that the black current is evenly coated , scoop the mixture in a baking tray at the bottom of the baking tray place a piece of preachment paper so that the mixture won't stick at the bottom of the tray , and bake the cookies for a bout 12 to 15 minutes in a 180 c oven and when it is cool place it on a rack to cool of and can be serve it at room temperature :) HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE MY COOKIES RECIPES , if you have any comment please live it at the bottom THANK YOU ~

SALTED WALNUT COOKIES WITH INFUSED WALNUT OIL 



ARE YOU FELLING NUTTY TODAY ?? 

HEY ALL FOOD LOVERS ~ I AM BACK !!!! This is my new dessert recipe that i want to share with all of you guys :) hope you will like it , to start of first for the walnut it is best baked for a few minutes in the over before baking the walnut sprinkle with some salt so that the walnut got some flavors  , next for the cookies mixture , in a bowl mix in flour , eggs , sugar, vanilla extract , walnut infused oil , butter , baking powder and a bit of salt . Mix till everything is well combine and in a baking tray place some baking paper or parchment paper in at the bottom so that the cookies mixture won't stick on the try and it won't get burn easily , on top of each cookie mixture  place on salted walnut on top so that it looks nice , you can choose to chop the salted walnut in to small pieces  and mix it with the cookie mixture so that you can get more crunch in the cookies :) cook the cookies in a 180 coven for about 12 to 15 minutes and place it in a cooling rack to cool the cookies , i love this cookies because you really can taste the nuttiest of the walnut infused oil . SWEET POTATO CREPES WRAP WITH HONEY GRILL CHICKEN

SWEET POTATO CREPES WRAP WITH  HONEY GRILL CHICKEN , ROASTED BELL PEPPERS WITH GRILL  EGGPLANT SERVE WITH HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE 


IS THAT A BURRITO ?? 

HEY ~ FOOD LOVERS this is my new creation this dish is mostly serve as a appetizer at the table , but still it is up to you if you want to serve this as a appetizer . This is a very simple a easy to make dish , first you need to cut the chicken breast in to slice and marinate the chicken meat , to make the marination just mix in honey , salt , white pepper , garlic , five spice powder, olive oil , sugar ,and a bit of mustard and put it in the chiller for about two hours so that the marination can get in to the chicken , after a few hours in the chiller take the chicken out and grill the chicken in a grill pan on medium heat till the chicken is brown in both sides is fine to get a bit of black burn on the chicken cause of the caramelised of the sugar and the honey in the chicken marination . next is the sweet potato crepes , to make the crepes in a bowl add in egg, salt ,sweet potato puree  bread flour , cake flour , melted butter , and milk mix it all together and put it in the chiller for one hour for the mixture to set , after that take the mixture out and scoop some of the mixture in a nonstick pan cook in in a low heat , and when the bottom sides is a bit brown turn it over the other side cook till is slightly brown in both sides finish cooking set the sweet potato crepes a sides , For the roasted  bell pepper just put them on the stove so that the bell pepper skin get burn , and this makes the bell pepper skin easily remove not only that when the bell pepper is roasted like that it enhance the sweetness of the bell peppers and reduce the heat .moving on is the grill eggplant , season the eggplant before cooking season with salt , pepper , paprika powder , and a bit of olive oil , grill the eggplant in a grill pan in a medium heat till the eggplant is brown and soft , lastly for the sauce in a pan add in honey , mustard , salt , pepper , sugar , garlic and a bit of water cook it till the mixture becomes thick , that the sauce can coat the back of the spoon . for the finishing touch wrap all together , in this recipe firstly sweet potato crepes is lay on a clean surface follow by putting the slice of grill eggplant on top of the crepe and top of with the grill chicken and lastly is the roasted bell peppers , this is the hard part is wrapping all in one , just slowly from the bottom push the filling and slowly wrap the crepe , folding the edge till the crepes is wrap like a cylinder shape, and there you have it . MINI GARDEN SANDWICH

TOASTED BREAD  WITH  CHICK PEAS SPREAD TOP OF WHIT GRILL EGGPLANT AND PLUM SALSA 


HEART WARMING DISH 

HEY ~ food lovers this is my new appetizer dish , it is made form chick peas it is a very healthy dish . To start just boil the chick peas in hot water for 20 minutes , if you are using dry chick peas is best that you soak the chick peas over night so that it is soft enough to boil the next day , once the chick peas is soft drain the chick peas and blend that chick peas with garlic till smooth , add in olive oil to make the chick peas mixture more smooth lastly add in the salt and pepper to taste . For the plum salsa start of with plum  , cucumber , tomato and yellow onion cut them in to small cubes and add in some lemon juice , salt and pepper set it a side to let all the flavours combine well . to make the grill eggplant just cut some eggplant in to circle shape and drizzle some olive oil on top and top of with paprika powder ,salt and pepper and grill the eggplant in a grilled pan if you don't have a grilled pan just easily saute the eggplant in a normal saute pan , cook till the eggplant become crispy and brown . lastly for the bread just  easily season the bread with salt and pepper and baked the bread in a 160 c over for about 5 minutes or till the bread is crispy and brown , stack all of the ingredient together for this recipe at the bottom is the toasted bread and top of that is the chick peas spread , top of with the grill eggplant no top of that is the plum salsa and, lastly on top of that is the chick peas spread and it is been garnish with a piece of English parsley . BISCUIT CRUST SWEET POTATO TART WITH LEMON WHIP CREAM

SWEET AND SOUR SWEET  POTATO TART WITH BISCUIT CRUST 



"A STARCH DESSERT "

HEY FOOD LOVER ~ This is my new creation it is a sweet and sour sweet potato tart with a biscuit crust at the bottom , to start of first to make the crust , is basically start of with a very crumble biscuit any kind of biscuit , in this recipe i am using digestive biscuit , mix it with butter and a bit of salt for taste ,mix till the biscuit becomes like a  wet sandy texture and scoop the mixture in to the tart try , press the mixture and mold it on the tart pan and bake the biscuit in a 160 c oven for about 7 minutes after that take it out and let it cool . For the sweet potato filling start of with very sweet potato and boil them till all the sweet potato is soft , drain the sweet potato and add in  Cinnamon powder , butter and  sugar blend the mixture till the sweet potato mixture become like a mush ( like baby food ), and pour the mixture in the biscuit mold and top of with some chop salted nuts, in this recipe i have use walnut , and almond nuts , if the nuts that you use is not salted just add some salt on the nuts and put it in the over for a few minutes and there u have it salted nuts ,you can use what ever nut u like is up to your creation and taste , put in a 180 c oven for about 10 to 15 minutes  take it out and let it completely cool till room temperature , lastly top of with the sour lemon whip cream to make that , firstly just whisks whipping cream , lemon juice , and sugar till hard peaks and scoop it over the top of the sweet potato tart and there u have it sweet and sour sweet potato tart u should try it, IT IS AWESOME  !!!! hope you guys like this new dessert if you have any comment please leave it at the bottom  thank you .

OATMEAL CRUSTED FISH WITH CREAMY LEMON SAUCE AND GINGER RICE AND SPICY EGGPLANT

OATMEAL CRUSTED  RED SNAPPER FISH WITH CREAMY LEMON SAUCE  with  GINGER RICE AND SPICY EGGPLANT 



CATCH OF THE DAY RED SNAPPER FISH 

HEY FOOD LOVERS ~ This is my new dish it is a oatmeal coated red snapper with creamy lemon sauce serve with ginger rice and a very spicy eggplant . To start of ,first to make the marination for the fish , for the marination the ingredient needed is salt , pepper , chili, paprika powder, English parsley , olive oil , garlic , red onion , ginger , five spice powder , lemon juice . marinate the fish for about an hour, after that take the fish out and coat the fish whole in flour and only coat the fish skin with egg and oatmeal , the end you will get a soft bottom and a crispy skin ,after that  put it in the chiller for 10 minutes , after that take the fish out and pan fry it till golden brown in both sides . For the creamy lemon sauce in a pan add in cream and butter , cook till the butter melt add in lemon juice and chop English parsley , cook till the mixture simmer and add in the salt and pepper . Next is the ginger rice , grate some ginger and in a pan add in some oil to cook the ginger till the ginger become brown and pour the raw rice in the pan , keep string till the rice is fully coated with the oil and ginger add in some salt and pepper lastly add in some water and cook the rice in the steamer for 15 to 20 minutes or till the rice is fully cook . For the spicy eggplant firstly boil the eggplant in boiling water for about 1 to 2  minute not fully cooking the eggplant , put a side in a bowl to let all the extra moisture drip out this is because during cooking there wont be so many moisture coming out from the eggplant , after that in a pan add in olive oil and cook the garlic and onion till soft and a bit brown , after that add in the boil eggplant and a bit of small chili cook till the eggplant is brown , after that add in some oyster sauce and some light soya sauce , and cook till the eggplant is all covered with the sauce lastly add in some sugar , salt and pepper the eggplant is best serve it hot . well guys this is my little twist in this dish hope you guys will like it ENJOY ~ If you guys have any comment please leave it at the bottom thank you :)
