EGG FRITTATA , TOSSED PALM SUGAR BREAD , BAKE

BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY !!! DON'T SKIP IT :]
HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!! DO YOU KNOW TO BE A GOOD CHEFS YOU GUYS MUST NEVER EVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST , IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY IT IS WHAT KEEP YOU GOING :)
HERE IS A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST THAT YOU GUYS WILL ENJOY IN THE MORNING .
FIRST WE START BY MAKING THE BREAD , WELL LIKE NORMAL BREAD WE NEED WATER YEAST FLOUR BUT FOR THIS BREAD I DON'T USE SUGAR INSTEAD I USE PALM SUGAR , LIKE A NORMAL BREAD IN A BOWL ADD IN THE FLOUR NEXT THE PALM SUGAR AND FOLLOW BY THE YEAST AND THE WATER , KNEED TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH AND SHAPE IT IN TO THE SHAPE YOU LIKE NEXT LET IT REST FOR 1 HOUR , OR UN TILL IT DOUBLE IN SIZE NEXT BAKE THE DOUGH IN A 200 C OVEN FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES . AFTER THAT SLICE AND IN A PAN LAY THE SLICE BREAD PIECE ON TOP AND TOSSED IT FOR A FEW MINUTES EACH SIDES .
FOR THE EGG FRITTATA, YOU WILL NEED EGGS , MILK , VEGETABLES ( SPINACH , TOMATO , ONION ) CHEESE , SALT AND PEPPER . ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND MIX WITH A FORK AND POUR THE MIXTURE IN A PAN A COOK IT TILL THE SIDES BECOME GOLDEN BROWN AND FINISH THE TOP BY PUTTING THE PAN IN TO THE OVEN FOR A FEW MINUTES , TILL THE TOP OF THE EGG BECOME GOLDEN BROWN .
LASTLY FOR THE BAKE BEANS , I AM USING CAN BEAN : P , I SAUTE SOME ONION AND GARLIC TILL SOFT AND ADD IN THE CAN BEANS AFTER THAT I ADD IN SOME DRY PARSLEY AND COOK IT FOR A FEW MINUTES IN A POT , NEXT I SEASON IT WITH SALT AND PEPPER .
