BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIPS CUPCAKE

WALNUT INFUSE BANANA CUPCAKES 


I AM GOING BANANAS TODAY ~

HEY~ FOOD LOVERS , this is a simple and very light dessert ,this cup cakes are made out of fresh bananas and infuse walnut oil to give it a more taste, and  it makes a big different when you are using butter and walnut oil it really dose , but if u don't have any walnut oil laying around u can always use unsalted butter , this dish is not that hard to make it contains of flour ,vanilla extract ,eggs ,sugar , walnut oil , chocolate chips and of cause fresh  banana ,you can also cut half of the walnut oil out and add in half of the butter in , so that u can get best of both worlds . after u makes all the ingredients in a bowl u can slowly add in the flour and mix it all together till everything is evenly mix , pour the mixture in the cupcakes pan and on top of the mixture put some chocolate chips, after that  bake for 30 minutes in a 180c oven , then take it out let the cupcakes cool for a few minutes and you can start making the white chocolate glaze, to make the white chocolate glaze by just very easy melt some white chocolate , when the cupcakes has been cool drizzle some white chocolate on top of the cupcakes and garnish with some chop almond nut to give it some texture and crunch, and put it in the chiller you can serve it cold or warm . CHICKEN STUFFING WITH MIX VEGETABLE MILLET AND CREAMY BUTTON MUSHROOM SAUCE


MY CHRISTMAS DISH :)


HEY, ALL THE FOOD LOVERS OUT THERE ,This is my creation for this year dish ,firstly i would like to wish everyone a very MARRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR . In this time of year i would like to cook a dish that every one can enjoy , this year my dish is simple and very easy to make . The chicken is stuff with button mushroom , chicken and add a bit of cream and of cause salt a pepper , cook the chicken by pan searing the chicken till golden brown out side and remember to season the chicken before you start to cook , and put in the oven for 20 minutes about 180c . For the millet ( millet is a small seedless grass and it is very high in protein ) , to cook the millet firstly cook the onion ,garlic , and all the mix vegetables , then add in 1 cup of water for 1/2 cups of millet keep cooking the millet till there is no more water left in the pan, and  don't forget the salt and pepper cause the millet don't have any taste to it  , lastly for the creamy mushroom sauce    first cook the onion , garlic , and the button mushroom till it is brown and add in 1/2 cups of chicken broth or water in to the pan and let it simmer and add in two tablespoon of heavy cream  after that add in 1/2 tablespoon of butter to make it more richer and to give it a  shine lastly remember to season the sauce . 3 TYPES OF TANG YUAN


HAPPY TANG YUAN DAY :)




This dish called TANG YUAN ,TANG YUAN is made from glutinous rice flour ( it is something like potato gnocchi), and it is eaten during YUAN XIAO of it is call the lantern festival , TANG YUAN can be eaten with or with out filling  , and you can fill with almost any filling from palm sugar to red bean or even pumpkin filling, and TANG YUAN is mostly serve with soup or sweet sugar water and this dish is mostly serve end or the meal means this is a dessert dish during the lantern festival . To cook TANG YUAN u have to first put it in boiling water and when the TANG YUAN is ready it will float to the surface of the water . This is my new creation at the top of the plate i made TANG YUAN with a chocolate filling and for the sauce i made a sweet sauce from palm sugar , with a bit of chop almond for garnish ,and at the middle of the plate i made a sweet soup the soup is made from pandan leaves and a bit of ginger , with sweet potatoes added in to the soup to give more taste and sweetness , here the TANG YUAN is being fill with peanut butter and this dish is serve hot , this dish is more to the traditional side  .Last but not least this is a bit different in this dish the TANG YUAN is serve with rose jelly and the TANG YUAN is then fill with palm sugar inside so when u bite in it the palm sugar will melt in your mouth and if you have a sweet tooth  you can choose to put some honey on top , at this time of year in the Asian country most of the Chinese spent their time with their family . hope your guys like my new dish , if you have any comment about this dish u can comment at the bottom and i will get back to you soon :)

3P = pork pot pie


PORK POT PIE  

IS THAT CHICKEN OR PORK ???


 Hey, all the food lovers out there !!! this is my new dish ,This dish  is best serve as a appetizer  , this dish is made form pork and not chicken,and it taste like pork pizza !!!, for the pork filling it is made from onion , tomato ,  tomato sauce  , garlic , carrot , pear , potatoes ,orange juice , orange zest , honey and  pork meat which ever part of the pork u like as long as it is pork meat . firstly  marinated the pork with salt, pepper , paprika powder, orange zest and chili infused olive oil this is optional  and wrap it , put it in the chiller for a 30 minutes,  after 30 minutes take the pork meat out and start to cook the onion and garlic till soft and  transparent , next add in the the small cubes of chop carrots cook till the carrot is soft and add in the potatoes and tomatoes  , cook till the potatoes is brown and the tomato is soft , after that add in the pork meat  keep cooking till the pork meats turns brown ,after that add in the half a cup of orange juice , one cup of tomato sauce and  2 table spoon of honey and let it simmer for a few minutes and add in salt and pepper and a bit of sugar in to the mixture, continue cooking till the pork is fully cook '' make sure the pork is fully cook cause pork cannot consume when is not fully cook '', after  that add in the pears and cover the pot to keep it warm , after that take one sheet of puff pastry dough and cut in to the shape that u want , after that stuff the pork filling in a heat prove blow and on top of the pork filling put some shredded mozzarella cheese, on top of that place the sheet of puff pastry after that brush it with a coating of egg yolk  and bake it in a 180 c for 30 minutes or till the puff pastry is brown and crispy , make sure that the bottom of the  puff pastry is also fully cook , after the pastry is fully cook u can remove it from the oven let it rest for a few minutes  and  serve it when is still warm , one it is serve once you crack open the puff pastry u can see all the malted cheese is coming out and it is still hot in side  ,hope you guys like my new dish , if you guys have any comment or anything u want to know ,you can post it at the bottom and  i will get back to you as soon as possible :)
