HEARTY AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST

EGG FRITTATA , TOSSED PALM SUGAR BREAD , BAKE 

BEANS


BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY !!! DON'T SKIP IT :] 

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!! DO YOU KNOW  TO BE A GOOD CHEFS YOU GUYS MUST NEVER  EVER SKIP  YOUR  BREAKFAST , IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY IT IS WHAT KEEP YOU GOING :)

HERE IS A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST THAT YOU  GUYS WILL ENJOY IN THE MORNING .

FIRST WE START BY MAKING THE BREAD , WELL LIKE NORMAL BREAD WE NEED WATER YEAST FLOUR BUT FOR THIS BREAD I DON'T USE SUGAR INSTEAD  I USE PALM SUGAR , LIKE A NORMAL BREAD IN A BOWL ADD IN THE FLOUR NEXT THE PALM SUGAR AND FOLLOW BY THE YEAST AND THE WATER , KNEED TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH AND  SHAPE IT IN TO THE SHAPE YOU LIKE NEXT LET IT REST FOR 1 HOUR , OR UN TILL IT DOUBLE IN SIZE NEXT BAKE THE DOUGH IN A 200 C OVEN FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES . AFTER THAT SLICE AND IN A PAN LAY THE SLICE BREAD PIECE ON TOP AND TOSSED IT FOR A FEW MINUTES EACH SIDES .

FOR THE EGG FRITTATA, YOU WILL NEED EGGS , MILK , VEGETABLES ( SPINACH , TOMATO , ONION ) CHEESE ,  SALT AND  PEPPER . ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND MIX WITH A FORK AND POUR THE MIXTURE IN A PAN A COOK IT TILL THE SIDES BECOME GOLDEN BROWN AND FINISH THE TOP BY PUTTING THE PAN IN TO THE OVEN FOR A FEW MINUTES , TILL THE TOP OF THE EGG BECOME GOLDEN BROWN .

LASTLY FOR THE BAKE BEANS , I AM USING CAN BEAN : P , I SAUTE SOME ONION AND GARLIC TILL SOFT AND ADD IN THE CAN BEANS AFTER THAT I ADD IN SOME DRY PARSLEY AND COOK IT FOR A FEW MINUTES IN A POT , NEXT I SEASON IT WITH SALT AND PEPPER .

BANANA FILLING CHOUX PASTRY

BANANA FILLING CHOUX PASTRY WITH STRAWBERRY SAUCE GARNISH WITH CRUMBS 


GOING BANANAS HERE @@ 

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!!!! READY FOR ANOTHER BANANA DESSERT :) HERE IS A CHOUX PASTY WITH BANANA FILLING , TO START YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE CHOUX PASTRY FIRST , YOU WILL NEED MILK , WATER , BUTTER , SUGAR, EGGS AND FLOUR , IN A POT ADD IN THE WATER , MILK , BUTTER AND COOK TILL THE BUTTER DISSOLVES AND ADD IN THE FLOUR AND KEEP COOKING TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH , NEXT REMOVE FORM THE HEAT ADD KEEP ON STRING TILL IT COOLS DOWN , AND SLOWLY ADD IN THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME TILL IT BECOMES A VERY STICKY DOUGH , NEXT PIPE THE DOUGH ON A TRAY LAY WITH PREACHMENT  PAPER AND BAKE  FOR A BOUT 30 MINUTES IN A 170 C OVEN TILL THE TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN AFTER THAT REMOVE FORM THE OVEN AND PLACE ON A RACK TO COOL OFF .

FOR THE FILLING TO START MAKE  A PASTRY CREAM YOU WILL NEED , ROASTED BANANAS , MILK , SUGAR , BUTTER , CORN STARCH , EGGS TO START WITH THE PASTRY CREAM IN A POT COOK THE MILK , BUTTER ,  ROASTED BANANAS  , AND SUGAR UNTILL IT SIMMERS AND IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX IN THE EGGS , CORNFLOUR AND A BIT OF SUGAR , WHEN THE MILK MIXTURE IS HOT SLOWLY ADD IT IN TO THE EGG MIXTURE A BIT AT A TIME TEMPERING THE MIXTURE , AFTER ALL THE MILK MIXTURE IS GONE IN  , KEEP STRING ADD POUR THE MIXTURE BACK IN TO THE POT AND COOK AGAIN TILL THE MIXTURE THICKENS  , ONCE THE MIXTURE IS THICK ENOUGH SET IT A SIDE TO LET IT COOL , AND WHEN THE MIXTURE IS COOL ENOUGH PIPE THE MIXTURE IN TO THE CHOUX PASTRY :)  THIS IS BEST EATEN CHILL .

MOTHER'S DAYS SPECIAL THREE LAYER CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CAKE

THREE LAYER CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CAKE WITH LADY FINGERS 


MOM WOULD LOVE IT :) 

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!!! REMEMBER MOTHER'S DAY IS COMING UP AND DON'T FOR GET TO TELL HER HOW MUCH YOU LOVE HER , AND REMEMBER TO SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH HER ON THIS MOTHER'S DAY . THE BEST WAY TO SHOW HER HOW MUCH YOU LIKE HER IS TO BAKE HER A CAKE ^^ 

TO START WITH THIS THREE LAYER CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CAKE , FIRST YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THE CHOCOLATE CAKE , YOU WILL NEED BUTTER , FLOUR , CORN FLOUR , COCO POWDER , EGGS AND SUGAR . MIX ALL THE DRY ITEM IN A BOWL AND SET A SIDE , NEXT WHISK THE EGG WHITES TILL STIFF PEAKS , ADD THE EGG YOLK IN TO THE DRY ITEM , IF IT TO DRY IS OK TO ADD A BIT OF MILK , NEXT FOLD IN THE EGG WHITES IN TO THE MIXTURE BUT REMEMBER TO NOT OVER FOLD IT '' POUR THE MIXTURE IN TO A BAKING TRAY AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES IN A 180 C OVEN , ONCE IT FINISH BAKING  LET IT COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES . 

FOR THE FILLING JUST WHIP SOME WHIPPING CREAM AND PIPE THE WHIPPING CREAM ON THE CAKE AND CUT UP SOME STRAWBERRY AND LAY THEM ON TOP OF THE WHIP CREAM , ONCE IS FINISH STACK THE CAKE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER , AND PLACE THE CAKE IN TO CHILLER TO LET IT SET . 

\TO MAKE  THE LADY FINGERS , YOU WILL NEED EGGS , CAKE FLOUR , POWDER SUGAR , VANILLA EXTRACT AND A PINCH OF SALT . TO START WHIP THE EGG WHITES AND  SLOWLY ADD IN THE SUGAR , LITTLE BY LITTLE , WHIP TILL THE EGG WHITE BECOMES STIFF PEAKS , NEXT FOLD THE EGG YOLK IN TO THE DRY INGREDIENT ADD IN THE VANILLA EXTRACT AND FOLD IN THE EGG WHITES  IN TO THE MIXTURE , NEXT BAKE IT IN A 160 C OVEN FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES , ONCE IT IS DONE REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND SPARKLE SOME SUGAR ON TOP AND FLIP IT OVEN AND LET IT COOL , ONCE IT IS COOL IS READY TO CUT IN TO THE SHAPE THAT YOU WANT . 

AND THE FINAL STEP IS TO DECORATE YOU CAKE !!! HAVE LOTS OF FUN DOING IT :)

CRUSTED CUPCAKES

CORN FLICKS CRUSTED CUPCAKE WITH ALMOND, DRY BERRY ,CHOCOLATE FILLING 


NOT YOUR AVERAGE CUPCAKES 

HEY FOOD LOVERS , I KNOW I KNOW YOU MAY THINK , THAT THIS IS YOUR AVERAGE NORMAL CUPCAKE BUT IT IS NOT :P , WELL IT GOT DOUBLE THE FILLING AND DOUBLE THE CRUNCH .

TO START YOU WILL NEED ALMOND , SUGAR , EGGS, MILK , FLOUR, RAISIN , GOLDEN RAISIN  , CRANBERRIES , CHOCOLATE CHIPS , SALT , BUTTER / OIL , BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA  AND OF CAUSE THE CORN FLICKS  , NOW MIX ALL THE DRY INGREDIENT  IN A BOWL AND ADD IN THE CHOP ALMOND , RAISIN , AND CHOCOLATE CHIP , AND COAT IT WITH THE FLOUR , MAKE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BOWL AND POUR THE WET  MIXTURE IN SLOWLY WHILE MIXING AT THE SAME TIME , BUT DON'T OVER MIX IT :) 

 SPOON THE MIXTURE IN A CUPCAKE PAPER AND PUT IT ON A CUP CAKE TRAY AND SPRINKLE  SOME CHOP UP CORN FLICKS AND SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF THE CUP CAKES NEXT BAKE THE  CAKES IN A 160 C OVER FOR A BOUT 10 MINUTES , BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE CUP CAKE THAT YOU ARE BAKING THE BIGGER THE CUP CAKE THE LONGER THE TIME IT TAKES TO BAKE  . WHEN THE CUP CAKES IT DOWN REMOVE THE CUP CAKES FORM THE TRY AND SET IT ON A RACK TO COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES , AFTER THAT IS TIME TO SERVE :)

UPSIDE DOWN APPLE TART WITH POACH APPLE

UPSIDE DOWN APPLE TART WITH POACH RED WINE FUJI APPLE SERVE WITH A RED WINE SAUCE 


SWEET  BUT NOT TO SWEET  :P

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!!!!!! THIS IS MY NEW DISH , I LOVE APPLE SO I CAME UP WITH A DESSERT USING APPLES , THIS IS WHAT I COME UP WITH A UPSIDE DOWN APPLE TART , WITH A RED WITH POACH APPLE AND A SWEET RED WINE SAUCE :) 

HERE IS HOW YOU START , FIRST CUT UP SOME APPLES AND COOK THE APPLE IN LOW HEAT WITH SOME HONEY , SUGAR , A PINCH OF SALT , CINNAMON POWDER , AND BUTTER , COOK TILL THE APPLE BECOMES A BIT SOFT BUT , NOT TO SOFT  NEXT PLACE THE APPLE IN  A CUP CAKE TRAY THAT HAS BEEN RUB WITH BUTTER AND SPARKLE WITH SOME SUGAR , PLACE THE COOK APPLES IN THE CUP CAKE TRY AND PLACE THE TRAY IN A 200 C OVEN , AND YES U NEED TO PREHEAT THE OVEN BEFORE PLACING THE TRY IN THE OVEN .

FOR THE TART MIXTURE , WELL THIS MIXTURE IS A BIT WATERY , TO START U NEED EGGS , MILK , FLOUR , SUGAR , PINCH OF SALT , AND MALTED BUTTER , FIRST WHISK EGG TILL IT BECOMES AIRY NEXT  MIX IN  ALL THE INGREDIENT IN A BOWL ACCEPT THE FLOUR , AFTER THE MIXTURE IS FULLY COMBINE SLOWLY SIFT IN THE FLOUR WHISKING IN SLOWLY , PULL THE APPLE TRY OUT FROM THE OVEN AND POUR IN THE TART MIXTURE IN THE TRAY DON'T POUR TO FULL JUST ENOUGH TO COVER THE APPLES :) THEN CONTINUE BAKING TILL THE MIXTURE RISES AND HAVE A CARAMELIZE EDGE , TAKE IT OUT FROM THE OVEN AND LET IT REST FOR 5 MINUTES AND IT IS READY TO SERVE .

FOR THE POACH FUJI APPLES , WHAT YOU NEED IS A BOTTLE OF GOOD RED WINE , IN A POT ADD IN THE WINE , CINNAMON STICKS , HONEY , BROWN SUGAR, AND PEELED APPLE  , COOK THE THE MIXTURE IS BOIL AND SLOW DOWN THE HEAT AND LET THE WINE SIMMER FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS ON THE STOVE ,  WHEN THAT IS DONE  REMOVE FORM THE STOVE AND LET IT COOL DOWN PLACE IT IN THE CHILLER FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS AND THERE YOU HAVE POACH RED WINE APPLE , AND FOR THE RED WINE SAUCE JUST REDUCE THE RED WINE THAT YOU USE TO POACH THE APPLE IN A PAN FOR A FEW MINUTES TILL THE RED WINE THICKENS .

RICH ,MOIST, CHOCOLATE NUTS BROWNIES

ALMOND ,  PISTACHIO RICH CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 


HERE IS A TREAT FOR ALL THE CHOCOHOLICS 

HEY  FOOD LOVERS , I KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS ARE THINKING THIS IS JUST A NORMAL BROWNIES BUT THIS IS NOT JUST A NORMAL BROWNIES , THIS BROWNIE IS PACK WITH CHOCOLATE AND NUTS , JUST WHAT YOU GUYS NEED TO START THE DAY :) 

TO START THE DRY INGREDIENTS IS COCO POWDER , DARK CHOCOLATE , FLOUR , BROWN SUGAR , SALT , ALMOND NUT , PISTACHIO NUT , COFFEE POWDER , MIX IT ALL TOGETHER  ADD IN EGG YOLKS , CHOCOLATE MILK  AND  MELTED BUTTER MIX TILL THE MIXTURE BECOMES LIKE A PANCAKE BATTER .

NEXT IN A POT ADD SUGAR AND WATER , AND IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD IN THE EGG WHITES , BOIL THE SUGAR TILL  IT START TO BROWN AT THE SIDES , THEN WHIP THE EGG WHITES AND SLOWLY ADD IN THE SUGAR MIXTURE , ACTUALLY YOU ARE MAKING A ITALIAN MERINGUE , FOLD IN THE MERINGUE IN TO THE COCO MIXTURE AND MAKE SURE YOU DON'T OVER FOLD IT BECAUSE IF YOU OVER FOLD THE BROWNIES WON'T RISE AND THE BROWNIES WILL BE COME VERY HEAVY . 

NEXT POUR THE MIXTURE IN A BAKING TRAY AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES IN A 170 C OVEN , REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND LET IT COOL BEFORE YOU SERVE , IT IS BEST SERVE WHEN IT IS CHILL , AND IT IS BEST SERVE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM :)
