CHINESE STYLE PORK RIBS!!!

Hey food lovers , this is my new dish it is more to Asian style cuisine , is made by pork ribs and it is serve with almond rice and for the vegetables it is saute white Chinese cabbage with a bit of black sesame and chop carrot cube , and for the sauce it is a spice orange honey sauce . Lets start with the pork , the pork is marinated with salt, pepper , garlic , orange juice , orange zest ,olive oil , paprika powder,chili, a bit of sugar , chili oil , soya sauce , walnut oil , and lastly ginger . marinate the pork ribs for a minimum 1 hours so that all the flavors got the change to enter the pork ribs . after the marination of the pork rib is time to cook the almond rice , to start cook the onion and garlic till soft and add in the almond , cook it till the almond is a bit brown , now add in the raw rice and cook the rice till all the rice is fully cover with the oil , add in water in to the rice mixture in a 1:1 , means 1 cup rice = 1 cup water , and cook it till the rice is soft all the way though it takes about 15 to 20 minutes . To cook the pork ribs just take them out from the marination and in a grill pan grill till the pork ribs are brown and must be fully cook , and put it a side to rest the pork , for the sauce just pour the marination in to a pan and cook it till the sauce is thick , you can also add in corn starch to make it thicker . For the saute white just cut the white cabbage in to think slices and cut the carrot in to small cube to give it a but of colour and texture , in a pan add in onion , garlic ,and a bit of dry baby shrimp cook till onion is a bit brown and the dry baby shrimp is brown in colour now add in the carrots and the white cabbage , cook till the white cabbage is soft and add in a bit of sesame oil to give it more taste lastly add in a bit of black sesame to give it colour lastly seasoning .
