IS A VERY VERY GOOD DAY FOR A SOUR AND YET SWEET TART :) HERE IS HOW TO MAKE THIS EGGY GOODNESS , FIRST IS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE THE CRUST AND THAT IS EASY , YOU WILL NEED BUTTER , FLOUR , EGG YOLK , AND SUGAR FIRST YOU WILL HAVE TO PUT THE SUGAR , FLOUR AND COLD BUTTER IN A BOWL AND RUB WITH YOUR HANDS TILL IT BECOMES A SANDY TEXTURE THEN ADD IN THE EGG YOLK AND MIX IT TOGETHER WELL, PUT IT IN THE CHILLER FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES .
