ROASTED BARBECUE CHICKEN WITH STEAM BAKE SUMMER VEGETABLES AND ROASTED PINK POTATOES

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!!!!!! HERE IS A VERY WARM DISH AND I HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT , TO START YOU WILL NEED CHICKEN AND I MEAN THE BEST KIND THAT YOU CAN GET , TO START FOR THE CHICKEN MARINATION , YOU WILL NEED OYSTER SAUCE , BBQ SAUCE , CORN OIL , SALT ,AND BLACK PEPPER , LET THE CHICKEN REST FOR A FEW HOURS ,AFTER THAT TAKE CHICKEN OUT AND ROAST IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES IN A 200C OVEN , TILL THE CHICKEN TURNS GOLDEN BROWN , FOR THE STEAM BAKE VEGETABLES , JUST CUT UP ALL THE VEGETABLES AND PUT IT IN A TRY SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER , OIL , CHOP GARLIC , ONION , SOYA SAUCE , AND A BIT OF VINEGAR JUST TO GIVE IT A KICK ,COOK THE VEGETABLES BY PUTTING IT IN THE ROASTING PAN , AND COVERING IT WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL SO THAT THIS WAY THE VEGETABLES WON'T GET DRY UP AND STILL MAINTAIN THEIR MOISTURE , COOK FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES IN THE OVEN , FOR THE ROASTED PINK POTATOES , JUST DRESS THE POTATOES WITH SOME CORN OIL , SALT AND BLACK PEPPER AND ROAST IT FOR 30 MINUTES IN THE OVEN , MAKING SURE WHEN THE PAN HAVE WATER REMOVE THE WATER AND CONTINUE COOKING THE PINK POTATOES IN THE OVEN BESIDES THAT YOU CAN ALSO MAKE PICKLE BEETROOT IT IS VERY EASY TO MAKE JUST BOIL WATER AND WHITE VINGER IN A POT ADD IN THE BEETROOT AND COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THERE YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES PICKLE BEETROOT , THERE U HAVE IT A SUMMER CHICKEN DISH , I HOPE YOU LIKE GUYS WILL LIKE IT , IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY COMMENT PLEASE LEAVE IT AT THE BOTTOM THANK YOU , TILL THEN HAPPY COOKING :)
