CORN FLICKS CRUSTED CUPCAKE WITH ALMOND, DRY BERRY ,CHOCOLATE FILLING
NOT YOUR AVERAGE CUPCAKES
HEY FOOD LOVERS , I KNOW I KNOW YOU MAY THINK , THAT THIS IS YOUR AVERAGE NORMAL CUPCAKE BUT IT IS NOT :P , WELL IT GOT DOUBLE THE FILLING AND DOUBLE THE CRUNCH .
TO START YOU WILL NEED ALMOND , SUGAR , EGGS, MILK , FLOUR, RAISIN , GOLDEN RAISIN , CRANBERRIES , CHOCOLATE CHIPS , SALT , BUTTER / OIL , BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND OF CAUSE THE CORN FLICKS , NOW MIX ALL THE DRY INGREDIENT IN A BOWL AND ADD IN THE CHOP ALMOND , RAISIN , AND CHOCOLATE CHIP , AND COAT IT WITH THE FLOUR , MAKE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BOWL AND POUR THE WET MIXTURE IN SLOWLY WHILE MIXING AT THE SAME TIME , BUT DON'T OVER MIX IT :)
SPOON THE MIXTURE IN A CUPCAKE PAPER AND PUT IT ON A CUP CAKE TRAY AND SPRINKLE SOME CHOP UP CORN FLICKS AND SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF THE CUP CAKES NEXT BAKE THE CAKES IN A 160 C OVER FOR A BOUT 10 MINUTES , BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE CUP CAKE THAT YOU ARE BAKING THE BIGGER THE CUP CAKE THE LONGER THE TIME IT TAKES TO BAKE . WHEN THE CUP CAKES IT DOWN REMOVE THE CUP CAKES FORM THE TRY AND SET IT ON A RACK TO COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES , AFTER THAT IS TIME TO SERVE :)
