CRUSTED CUPCAKES

CORN FLICKS CRUSTED CUPCAKE WITH ALMOND, DRY BERRY ,CHOCOLATE FILLING 


NOT YOUR AVERAGE CUPCAKES 

HEY FOOD LOVERS , I KNOW I KNOW YOU MAY THINK , THAT THIS IS YOUR AVERAGE NORMAL CUPCAKE BUT IT IS NOT :P , WELL IT GOT DOUBLE THE FILLING AND DOUBLE THE CRUNCH .

TO START YOU WILL NEED ALMOND , SUGAR , EGGS, MILK , FLOUR, RAISIN , GOLDEN RAISIN  , CRANBERRIES , CHOCOLATE CHIPS , SALT , BUTTER / OIL , BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA  AND OF CAUSE THE CORN FLICKS  , NOW MIX ALL THE DRY INGREDIENT  IN A BOWL AND ADD IN THE CHOP ALMOND , RAISIN , AND CHOCOLATE CHIP , AND COAT IT WITH THE FLOUR , MAKE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BOWL AND POUR THE WET  MIXTURE IN SLOWLY WHILE MIXING AT THE SAME TIME , BUT DON'T OVER MIX IT :) 

 SPOON THE MIXTURE IN A CUPCAKE PAPER AND PUT IT ON A CUP CAKE TRAY AND SPRINKLE  SOME CHOP UP CORN FLICKS AND SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF THE CUP CAKES NEXT BAKE THE  CAKES IN A 160 C OVER FOR A BOUT 10 MINUTES , BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE CUP CAKE THAT YOU ARE BAKING THE BIGGER THE CUP CAKE THE LONGER THE TIME IT TAKES TO BAKE  . WHEN THE CUP CAKES IT DOWN REMOVE THE CUP CAKES FORM THE TRY AND SET IT ON A RACK TO COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES , AFTER THAT IS TIME TO SERVE :)

UPSIDE DOWN APPLE TART WITH POACH APPLE

UPSIDE DOWN APPLE TART WITH POACH RED WINE FUJI APPLE SERVE WITH A RED WINE SAUCE 


SWEET  BUT NOT TO SWEET  :P

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!!!!!! THIS IS MY NEW DISH , I LOVE APPLE SO I CAME UP WITH A DESSERT USING APPLES , THIS IS WHAT I COME UP WITH A UPSIDE DOWN APPLE TART , WITH A RED WITH POACH APPLE AND A SWEET RED WINE SAUCE :) 

HERE IS HOW YOU START , FIRST CUT UP SOME APPLES AND COOK THE APPLE IN LOW HEAT WITH SOME HONEY , SUGAR , A PINCH OF SALT , CINNAMON POWDER , AND BUTTER , COOK TILL THE APPLE BECOMES A BIT SOFT BUT , NOT TO SOFT  NEXT PLACE THE APPLE IN  A CUP CAKE TRAY THAT HAS BEEN RUB WITH BUTTER AND SPARKLE WITH SOME SUGAR , PLACE THE COOK APPLES IN THE CUP CAKE TRY AND PLACE THE TRAY IN A 200 C OVEN , AND YES U NEED TO PREHEAT THE OVEN BEFORE PLACING THE TRY IN THE OVEN .

FOR THE TART MIXTURE , WELL THIS MIXTURE IS A BIT WATERY , TO START U NEED EGGS , MILK , FLOUR , SUGAR , PINCH OF SALT , AND MALTED BUTTER , FIRST WHISK EGG TILL IT BECOMES AIRY NEXT  MIX IN  ALL THE INGREDIENT IN A BOWL ACCEPT THE FLOUR , AFTER THE MIXTURE IS FULLY COMBINE SLOWLY SIFT IN THE FLOUR WHISKING IN SLOWLY , PULL THE APPLE TRY OUT FROM THE OVEN AND POUR IN THE TART MIXTURE IN THE TRAY DON'T POUR TO FULL JUST ENOUGH TO COVER THE APPLES :) THEN CONTINUE BAKING TILL THE MIXTURE RISES AND HAVE A CARAMELIZE EDGE , TAKE IT OUT FROM THE OVEN AND LET IT REST FOR 5 MINUTES AND IT IS READY TO SERVE .

FOR THE POACH FUJI APPLES , WHAT YOU NEED IS A BOTTLE OF GOOD RED WINE , IN A POT ADD IN THE WINE , CINNAMON STICKS , HONEY , BROWN SUGAR, AND PEELED APPLE  , COOK THE THE MIXTURE IS BOIL AND SLOW DOWN THE HEAT AND LET THE WINE SIMMER FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS ON THE STOVE ,  WHEN THAT IS DONE  REMOVE FORM THE STOVE AND LET IT COOL DOWN PLACE IT IN THE CHILLER FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS AND THERE YOU HAVE POACH RED WINE APPLE , AND FOR THE RED WINE SAUCE JUST REDUCE THE RED WINE THAT YOU USE TO POACH THE APPLE IN A PAN FOR A FEW MINUTES TILL THE RED WINE THICKENS .

RICH ,MOIST, CHOCOLATE NUTS BROWNIES

ALMOND ,  PISTACHIO RICH CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 


HERE IS A TREAT FOR ALL THE CHOCOHOLICS 

HEY  FOOD LOVERS , I KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS ARE THINKING THIS IS JUST A NORMAL BROWNIES BUT THIS IS NOT JUST A NORMAL BROWNIES , THIS BROWNIE IS PACK WITH CHOCOLATE AND NUTS , JUST WHAT YOU GUYS NEED TO START THE DAY :) 

TO START THE DRY INGREDIENTS IS COCO POWDER , DARK CHOCOLATE , FLOUR , BROWN SUGAR , SALT , ALMOND NUT , PISTACHIO NUT , COFFEE POWDER , MIX IT ALL TOGETHER  ADD IN EGG YOLKS , CHOCOLATE MILK  AND  MELTED BUTTER MIX TILL THE MIXTURE BECOMES LIKE A PANCAKE BATTER .

NEXT IN A POT ADD SUGAR AND WATER , AND IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD IN THE EGG WHITES , BOIL THE SUGAR TILL  IT START TO BROWN AT THE SIDES , THEN WHIP THE EGG WHITES AND SLOWLY ADD IN THE SUGAR MIXTURE , ACTUALLY YOU ARE MAKING A ITALIAN MERINGUE , FOLD IN THE MERINGUE IN TO THE COCO MIXTURE AND MAKE SURE YOU DON'T OVER FOLD IT BECAUSE IF YOU OVER FOLD THE BROWNIES WON'T RISE AND THE BROWNIES WILL BE COME VERY HEAVY . 

NEXT POUR THE MIXTURE IN A BAKING TRAY AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES IN A 170 C OVEN , REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND LET IT COOL BEFORE YOU SERVE , IT IS BEST SERVE WHEN IT IS CHILL , AND IT IS BEST SERVE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM :)

HOME MADE BOBA TEA AND BUTTER BREAD

HONG KONG STYLE BOBA TEA WITH COFFEE BOBA AND SERVE WITH BUTTER BREAD 


JUST THE THING YOU NEED IN A HOT SUNNY DAY 

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!! I KNOW I KNOW BOBA TEA WHY SHOULD I MAKE IT I CAN BUY IT ANYWHERE , WELL MAKING IT THAT IS THE FUN PART :) TO START YOU WILL NEED TAPIOCA FLOUR , HOT WATER , SUGAR ,  INSTANT COFFEE ( ORIGINAL ) , FIRST BOIL THE COFFEE , WATER ,AND SUGAR ,THEN  IN A BOWL ADD IN THE TAPIOCA FLOUR AND BIT BY BIT ADD IN THE BOILING HOT COFFEE SUGAR WATER . KNEED IT TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH , NEXT MAKE THE DOUGH IN TO A BALL SHAPE AND BOIL THE LITTLE BOBA BALLS TILL THE BALLS FLOAT UP AND REMOVE IT FROM THE WATER , AND IMMEDIATELY DROP THE BOBA BALLS IN TO ICE COOL WATER, THIS WILL MAKE SURE THE BOBA BALLS MAKE A BETTER BOUNCE TEXTURE .

NEXT FOR THE HONG KONG STYLE DRINK OR IS ALSO CALL YIN YANG , IN A POT BOIL A FEW PACKETS OF BLACK TEA IS BETTER TO U TEA LEAFS , ADD IN CONDENSE MILK , SUGAR AND A BIT OF COFFEE  REMEMBER TO TASTE AS YOU GO :) 

LASTLY FOR THE BREAD , IN A SMALL CUP ADD IN WARM WATER YEAST AND SUGAR LET THE YEAST ACTIVATE AND LEAVE IT A SIDE , TO START WITH THE DOUGH , U WILL NEED BREAD FLOUR , MILK , A BIT OF SALT , AND  EGGS  , MIX ALL THE DRY INGREDENT TOGETHER AND SLOWLY ADD IN THE YEAST FOLLOW BY THE EGGS AND LASTLY THE MILK , MIX TILL COMBINE IN TO A DOUGH , NEXT KNEAD  THE DOUGH FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES , AFTER THAT LET THE DOUGH RISE FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR  , FOR THE BUTTER FILLING WHIP SOME SUGAR AND BUTTER TOGETHER FOR A FEW SECONDS AND LEAVE IT IN THE CHILLER TO GET HARDEN , AFTER 1 HOUR PORTION THE DOUGH AND MAKE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE AND  STUFF IN THE BUTTER MIXTURE SEAL THE BOTTOM , AFTER THAT ADD  A BIT OF SUGAR ANS A PINCH OF CINNAMON POWDER ON TOP , BAKE THE DOUGH FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES INA 160 C OVER TILL A BIT BROWN ON TOP (** MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T PUT TO MUCH BUTTER FILLING IN SIDE THE DOUGH IF NOT IT TO HARD TO SEAL IT **).

CHICKEN CONFIT

CHICKEN CONFIT WITH MASH SWEET POTATO SERVED WITH GLAZE BROCCOLI AND PICKLE RED ONION


FORK TENDER 

HEY FOOD LOVERS  !!! THIS IS MY NEW DISH CONFIT CHICKEN  , TO START YOU WILL NEED CHICKEN THIGH AND CORN OIL , SALT , BLACK PEPPER , GARLIC , BAY LEAF , THYME , AND ALSO A BIT OF SUGAR , PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND ADD IN THE OIL , MAKE SURE THE OIL IS COVERING THE CHICKEN , NEXT PUT THE BOWL IN THE OVEN FOR 3 HOURS AT 150 C TO SLOW COOK THE CHICKEN , AFTER 3 HOURS LET THE CHICKEN MIXTURE REST IN THE OVEN FOR 2 MORE HOURS , AFTER THAT REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND LET IT COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE , AFTER THAT PLACE THE CHICKEN MIXTURE IN THE CHILLER FOR 10 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT IF POSSIBLE , AFTER THAT 10 HOURS REMOVE FROM THE CHILLER AND PLACE THE CHICKEN IN A TRAY AND ROAST IT FOR 45 MINUTES IN THE OVEN AT A 160 C OVEN TO AGAIN SLOW COOK THE CHICKEN . 

FOR THE MASH SWEET POTATO JUST BOIL UP SOME SWEET POTATO AND WHEN THE SWEET POTATO IS SOFT ENOUGH , MASH IT WITH A POTATO MASHER NEXT ADD IN CREAM OR MILK AND SEASON IT WITH SALT AND PEPPER 

NEXT FOR THE PICKLE RED ONION IN A POT ADD IN WITH VINEGAR AND A BIT OF WATER ADD IN THE ONIONS ADD BOIL IT WHEN THE MIXTURE START TO BOIL TURN IT DOWN TO THE LOW FIRE , SO THAT THE ONION GET THE CHANCE TO ABSORB THE VINEGAR COOK THE ONION AT LEAST 30 MINUTES AND FOR THE BROCCOLI IN A PAT ADD BUTTER AND WATER , WHEN THE BUTTER  START TO MELT ADD IN THE VEGETABLE AND COOK IT FOR A FEW MINUTES ADD IN SALT AND PEPPER AND THERE YOU HAVE IT GLAZE BROCCOLI .

ORANGE BANANA ROLL BREAD

ORANGE BREAD WITH CARAMEL BANANA FILLING AND GLAZE WITH ORANGE HONEY SAUCE 


IS NOT BANANA LOFT IS BANANA BREAD !!!!! 

 HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!  THIS BREAD IS VERY GOOD IN THE MORNING  WITH A CUP OF HOT  COFFEE , SO HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS WONDERFUL BREAD , TO START WITH THE BREAD , WELL YOU NEED TO MAKE THE BREAD FIRST , YOU WILL NEED BREAD FLOUR , SUGAR , YEAST , ORANGE ZEST , SALT , WATER , AND EGGS , COMBINE ALL IN A BOWL AND MIX TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH THEN PLACE IN A CLEAN BOWL AND GREASE  IT WITH A BIT OF OIL AND PLACE THE DOUGH ON TO THE BOWL AND COVER WITH A DAMP CLOTH AND LET THE DOUGH REST FOR 1 HOUR .

NEXT FOR THE BANANA FILLING TO START , IN A POT ADD IN SUGAR AND WATER AND COOK TILL THE SUGAR BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN AND ADD IN CREAM , MAKE SURE TO KEEP WHISKING  AND REMEMBER TO STAY BACK IT MIGHT OVER FLOW  , LET THE COME TO A BOIL ADD IN THE CUT UP BANANAS AND KEEP COOKING IT TILL THE BANANA BECOME SOFT AND COMBINE WITH THE SAUCE , NEXT BLEND IT TILL IT BECOMES LIKE A THICK SAUCE , PUT IT A SIDE AND LET IT COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE . YOU CAN ALSO TOASTED SOME NUTS TO ADD MORE FLAVOR AND CRUNCH  , HERE I HAVE TOASTED SOME PEANUT AND SET A SIDE TO LET IT COOL .

NOW TO BUILD THE BREAD LAY PARCHMENT PAPER ON THE BOTTOM AND GREASED IT WITH OIL THEN ,  ROLL THE DOUGH IN TO THIN SHEET OF DOUGH THEN SPOON THE FILLING AND SPARED THE FILLING AND SPRINKLE SOME CHOP PEANUT , TO ROLL THE DOUGH START FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE DOUGH AND SLOWLY ROLL TILL YOU REACH THE END OF THE DOUGH , NEXT CUT THE DOUGH AND PLACE IT ON A BAKING TRAY WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AT THE BOTTOM NEXT FOR THE GLAZE JUST IN A BOWL COMBINE HONEY AND ORANGE JUICE AND MIX IT IN TO A THICK GLAZE AND BRUSH IT OVER EACH BREAD  AND SPRINKLE SOME MORE CHOP PEANUT , NEXT BAKE THE BREAD FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES IN A 170 C OVEN OR UN TILL THE BREAD TURN GOLDEN BROWN .
