THIS BREAD IS VERY GOOD IN THE MORNING WITH A CUP OF HOT COFFEE , SO HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS WONDERFUL BREAD , TO START WITH THE BREAD , WELL YOU NEED TO MAKE THE BREAD FIRST , YOU WILL NEED BREAD FLOUR , SUGAR , YEAST , ORANGE ZEST , SALT , WATER , AND EGGS , COMBINE ALL IN A BOWL AND MIX TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH THEN PLACE IN A CLEAN BOWL AND GREASE IT WITH A BIT OF OIL AND PLACE THE DOUGH ON TO THE BOWL AND COVER WITH A DAMP CLOTH AND LET THE DOUGH REST FOR 1 HOUR .
NEXT FOR THE BANANA FILLING TO START , IN A POT ADD IN SUGAR AND WATER AND COOK TILL THE SUGAR BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN AND ADD IN CREAM , MAKE SURE TO KEEP WHISKING AND REMEMBER TO STAY BACK IT MIGHT OVER FLOW , LET THE COME TO A BOIL ADD IN THE CUT UP BANANAS AND KEEP COOKING IT TILL THE BANANA BECOME SOFT AND COMBINE WITH THE SAUCE , NEXT BLEND IT TILL IT BECOMES LIKE A THICK SAUCE , PUT IT A SIDE AND LET IT COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE .
