HOME MADE MOCHI

HOME MADE MOCHI , GREEN TEA, BLACK SESAME , RED BEAN , PEANUT BUTTER , AND CHOCOLATE  


IS A STICKY AND FUN TO EAT DESSERT !!!

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!! THIS IS A JAPANESE DESSERT YOU CAN FIND IT ALMOST ANY WHERE BUT I DECIDED TO MAKE MY OWN AND HOW TO DO THAT WELL IS EASY ,  TO START YOU WILL NEED RICE FLOUR SUGAR AND WATER IN A BOWL , MIX AND KNEED IT TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH , NEXT MAKE A ROUND OUT OF THE DOUGH AND JUST TAKE A BIT AND USING YOUR HANDS MAKE IT IN TO A BALL SHAPE , NEXT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BALL , USING YOUR FINGER MAKE A HOLE AT THE BOTTOM AND THEN PUT IN WHAT EVER FELLING YOU LIKE , FOR THIS I HAVE FIVE DIFFERENT TASTE THERE IS BLACK SESAME , RED BEAN GREEN TEA , CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER , ROLL IT BACK IN TO A BALL SHAPE   AND STEAM IT FOR A FEW MINUTES IN A STEAMER  BEFORE YOU START TO STEAM PLEASE OIL THE TRAY SO THAT THE MOCHI WON'T STICK TO THE TRAY , AFTER A FEW MINUTES REMOVE THE COVER AND DUST IT WITH A BIT IF CORN STARCH SO THAT THE MOCHI WON'T STICK TO YOUR HANDS :) THERE YOU GO HOME MADE MOCHI I HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE IT AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION PLEASE LEAVE IT AT THE BOTTOM THANK YOU TILL THEN HAVE FUN COOKING :) PS JUST LET THE MOCHI COOL DOWN TO ROOM TEMPERATURE THEN U CAN START TO DIG IN MAKE NOT TO PUT IT IN THE CHILLER BECAUSE IT WILL BECOME TO HARD TO EAT :) PEACE OUT FOOD LOVERS :)

TERIYAKI ROASTED PORK RIB WITH SAUTE POTATO AND CORN SALAD

TERIYAKI ROASTED PORK RIB WITH PINK SAUTE POTATO AND ROMAN , CORN , BEET ROOT SALAD 


FALL OF THE BONE GOODNESS !!!!!

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!!!!!!!!!!! HERE IS A VERY NICE DISH , LOOKS SEXY RIGHT !!!!!! OK BACK TO BUSINESS , LETS START WITH THE PORK RIBS , FOR THE RIBS MARINATION IN IT WE HAVE SOYA SAUCE , VINEGAR , SUNFLOWER OIL , SESAME OIL , MINCED GARLIC , SUGAR , AND PEPPER AND MARINATE IT FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS , TAKE IT OUT AND ROAST IT FOR ABOUT 1 AND A HALF HOURS , AFTER THAT  LET IT REST FOR 10 MINUTES AND IS READY TO EAT ....... AND  THE PAN DRIPPINGS  CAN USE AS SAUCE JUST IN A POT COOK THE PAN DRIPPINGS AND ADD IN SOME CORN STARCH JUST TO MAKE THE SAUCE THICK .

 FOR THE SALAD JUST GRILL THE CORN AND SLICE IT TO GET THE CORN KERNEL , AFTER THAT CUT THE BEET ROOT AND IN A POT ADD IN WINGER AND WATER BOIL IT FOR 30 MINUTES ...... AND SERVE IT WITH A FRESH ROMAN LETTUCE .

FOR THE POTATOES JUST CUT THE POTATOES AND  IN A PAN JUST ADD SOME OIL AND ADD IN THE POTATOES AND TURN THE HEAT TO LOW SO THAT THE POTATOES CAN BE FULLY COOK ADD IN SOME DRY PARSLEY AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER COOK TILL THE POTATOES IS FULLY COOK , IF YOU CANNOT FINISH COOKING JUST PUT IT IN THE OVEN FOR A FEW MINUTES , TILL THE POTATOES IS FULLY COOK ......

 HERE I GARNISH WITH SOME TURN CARROT AND SAUTE JAPANESE MUSHROOM JUST FOR TEXTURE AND COLOUR .

CAN FOOD IN TO GOURMET FOODS

MEAT LOAF WITH PEA PANCAKE AND CORN BUN SERVE WITH A VINGER BARBECUE SAUCE


IS ALL MADE WITH CAN FOODS 
AND WHO SAY CAN FOOD IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU :) 


HEY FOOD LOVERS!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS MY NEW DISH , AND IS ALL MADE BY USING CAN FOOD . I KNOW I KNOW CAN FOOD , IS NOT GOOD , IS NOT GOOD AS FRESH FOOD AND IT TASTE FUNNY ........... BUT IF YOU DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL GET THE SAME RESULT AS THE FRESH PRODUCE :) 

OVER HERE I HAVE MADE A MEAT LOAD BUT CAN MEAT , A PANCAKE MADE BY CAN PEAS , AND A CORN BREAD MADE WITH CAN CORN , FOR THE SAUCE IS BOTTLE BARBECUE SAUCE AND TOMATO SAUCE WITH COOK TOGETHER 

HERE IS HOW TO STAR WITH THE MEAT LOAF , FIRST TAKE A CAN OF MEAT AND BLEND IT WITH ONION, GARLIC , EGG YOLKS , SALT , PEPPER, BIT OF BREAD CRUMBS , AND SOME CHOP UP TOMATO FOR TASTE , JUST BLEND THEM ALL TOGETHER AND PUT THEM IN A BAKING TRAY AND ROAST THEM LOW AND SLOW , THIS IS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE INSIDE IS COOK BUT NOT OVER COOK THAT WAY THE MEAT WILL STAY MOIST AND WON'T DRY OUT , AFTER THAT IS THE BARBECUE SAUCE , IN A POT CRUSH SOME ONION, GARLIC , AND POUR IN HALF A CUP OF BARBECUE SAUCE AND ONE CUP OF TOMATO SAUCE , LET IT COOK AND ADD IN ONE TABLESPOON OF WHITE VINGER , JUST TO GIVE IT A KICK , LASTLY ADD IN SALT AND PEPPER , AFTER THE MEAT IS DONE JUST UNMOLD IT AND GLAZE THE MEAT WITH THE SAUCE AND CONTINUE COOKING IN THE OVER FOR ABOUT 20 MORE MINUTES , OOOO YA IN A 150 C OVEN .

NEXT IS THE PANCAKE IN A BOWL ADD IN THE PUREE GREEN PEAS ADD IN MILK , EGGS , BAKING POWDER , AND FLOUR LASTLY ADD IN SALT AND PEPPER , AND IN TO THE CHILLER FOR A FEW HOURS , AFTER THAT TAKE IT OUT AND IN A NON STICK PAN RUB A BIT OF BUTTER ON THE PAN AND  PUT A TABLESPOON OF BATTER IN THE PAN LET IT COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES EACH SIDES , REMOVE FORM HEAT WHEN THE SIDES START TO BROWN. 

THE CORN BREAD , WELL TO START IN A BOWL ADD IN THE CORN , ADD IN MILK , EGGS, SUGAR , YEAST , AND BREAD FLOUR , MIX IT UNTILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH AND KNEAD IT WITH YOUR HAND , FOR A FEW MINUTES TILL THE DOUGH BECOMES SMOOTH AND THE DOUGH DON'T STICK TO YOUR HAND , LET THE DOUGH REST FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN PORTION IT IN TO A TRY AND REMEMBER TO PUT ON EGG WASH AND JUST ADD A BIT OF SALT , BAKE IT  FOR 20 MINUTES IN A 180C OVER TILL THE BREAD TURNS INTO GOLDEN BROWN AND REMOVE IT ,SET ASIDE AND  LET IT COOL.

SUMMER CHICKEN WITH SUMMER VEGETABLES

ROASTED BARBECUE CHICKEN WITH STEAM BAKE SUMMER VEGETABLES AND ROASTED PINK POTATOES 


SUMMER CHICKEN TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!! 

HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!!!!!! HERE IS A VERY WARM DISH AND I HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT , TO START YOU WILL NEED CHICKEN AND I MEAN THE BEST KIND THAT YOU CAN GET , TO START FOR THE CHICKEN MARINATION , YOU WILL NEED OYSTER SAUCE , BBQ SAUCE , CORN OIL , SALT ,AND  BLACK PEPPER  , LET THE CHICKEN REST FOR A FEW HOURS ,AFTER THAT TAKE CHICKEN OUT  AND ROAST IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES IN A 200C OVEN , TILL THE CHICKEN TURNS GOLDEN BROWN , FOR THE STEAM BAKE VEGETABLES , JUST CUT UP ALL THE VEGETABLES AND PUT IT IN A TRY SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER , OIL , CHOP GARLIC , ONION , SOYA SAUCE , AND A BIT OF VINEGAR JUST TO GIVE IT A KICK  ,COOK THE VEGETABLES BY PUTTING IT IN THE ROASTING PAN , AND COVERING IT WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL SO THAT THIS WAY THE VEGETABLES WON'T GET DRY UP AND STILL MAINTAIN THEIR MOISTURE , COOK FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES IN THE OVEN , FOR THE ROASTED PINK POTATOES , JUST DRESS THE POTATOES WITH SOME CORN OIL , SALT AND BLACK PEPPER AND ROAST IT FOR 30 MINUTES IN THE OVEN , MAKING SURE WHEN THE PAN HAVE WATER REMOVE THE WATER AND CONTINUE COOKING THE PINK POTATOES IN THE OVEN BESIDES THAT YOU CAN ALSO MAKE PICKLE BEETROOT IT IS VERY EASY TO MAKE JUST BOIL WATER AND WHITE VINGER IN A POT ADD IN THE BEETROOT AND COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THERE YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES PICKLE BEETROOT   , THERE U HAVE IT A SUMMER CHICKEN DISH , I HOPE YOU LIKE GUYS WILL LIKE IT , IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY COMMENT PLEASE LEAVE IT AT THE BOTTOM THANK YOU , TILL THEN HAPPY COOKING :)

CRUMB COATED FISH WITH RATATOUILLE AND PARMESAN MASH POTATO

JAPANESE BREAD CRUMB COATED FISH SERVED WITH A  CLASSIC RATATOUILLE AND PARMESAN MASH POTATO TOP OF WITH  A SPICY SAUCE 


IT LOOKS GOOD RIGHT ???

HEY ALL THE FOOD LOVERS OUT  THERE !!!!!!!!!!!! , SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING ANYTHING THIS FEW MONTHS , I AM A BIT BUSY RUNNING HERE AND THERE DOING MY STUFFS , BUT IS OK NOW I AM BACK , READY TO MAKE AND CREATE MORE FOODS FOR YOU GUYS TO ENJOY :) THIS IS MY NEW DISH , IT IS MADE FROM DORY FISH BY SIMPLY SHALLOW FRYING THE FISH THAT HAS BEEN COATED WITH CORN STARCH , EGG, AND BREAD CRUMB , AND RATATOUILLE IS ACTUALLY A CLASSIC FRENCH DISH THAT IS MADE WITH EGG PLANT  , ZUCCHINI , TOMATO , ONION BUT SOMETIMES THEY WILL  ALSO ADD IN READ BELL PEPPERS , BUT FOR ME I HAVE MADE A TOMATO PASTE AT THE BOTTOM AND SAUTE ALL THE VEGETABLE AND THEN LAY THEM ON TOP , TO GIVE IT MORE TEXTURE AND COLOUR , FOR THE MASH MAKE SURE U REALLY COOK THE POTATO , AND MASH THEM , MAKING SURE THERE IS NO LUMP , THEN IN A PAN ADD CREAM AND SEASONING , WHEN THE CREAM START TO BOIL ADD IN THE MASH POTATO , KEEP WHISKING IT AT THE SAME , COOK THE MASH FOR A FEW MINUTES TILL ALL THE LUMP IS GONE THEN PUT IT TO ONE SIDE , LASTLY FOR THE TWIST , THE SAUCE IS ACTUALLY A CURRY SAUCE IT IS MADE WITH CREAM , ONION , CHILI , SMALL CHILI , PAPRIKA POWDER , SALT , PEPPER ,CURRY POWDER AND A BIT OF WATER , JUST BY COOKING THE ONION FIRST ADD IN THE CHILIS AND CURRY POWDER COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES AND ADD IN THE CREAM COOK IT SLOW AND SLOWLY ADD IN THE WATER BIT BY BIT COOK TILL THE MIXTURE THICKENS , AND THERE YOU HAVE IT A SIMPLE EASY MEAL , FOR YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS  , HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE MY DISH ,  AND REMEMBER TO HAVE FUN COOKING :) IF YOU GUYS  HAVE ANY COMMENT PLEASE LEAVE THEM  BELOW THANK YOU :)
