HEARTY AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST
EGG FRITTATA , TOSSED PALM SUGAR BREAD , BAKE

BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY !!! DON'T SKIP IT :]
HEY FOOD LOVERS !!!! DO YOU KNOW TO BE A GOOD CHEFS YOU GUYS MUST NEVER EVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST , IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY IT IS WHAT KEEP YOU GOING :)
HERE IS A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST THAT YOU GUYS WILL ENJOY IN THE MORNING .
FIRST WE START BY MAKING THE BREAD , WELL LIKE NORMAL BREAD WE NEED WATER YEAST FLOUR BUT FOR THIS BREAD I DON'T USE SUGAR INSTEAD I USE PALM SUGAR , LIKE A NORMAL BREAD IN A BOWL ADD IN THE FLOUR NEXT THE PALM SUGAR AND FOLLOW BY THE YEAST AND THE WATER , KNEED TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH AND SHAPE IT IN TO THE SHAPE YOU LIKE NEXT LET IT REST FOR 1 HOUR , OR UN TILL IT DOUBLE IN SIZE NEXT BAKE THE DOUGH IN A 200 C OVEN FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES . AFTER THAT SLICE AND IN A PAN LAY THE SLICE BREAD PIECE ON TOP AND TOSSED IT FOR A FEW MINUTES EACH SIDES .
FOR THE EGG FRITTATA, YOU WILL NEED EGGS , MILK , VEGETABLES ( SPINACH , TOMATO , ONION ) CHEESE , SALT AND PEPPER . ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND MIX WITH A FORK AND POUR THE MIXTURE IN A PAN A COOK IT TILL THE SIDES BECOME GOLDEN BROWN AND FINISH THE TOP BY PUTTING THE PAN IN TO THE OVEN FOR A FEW MINUTES , TILL THE TOP OF THE EGG BECOME GOLDEN BROWN .
LASTLY FOR THE BAKE BEANS , I AM USING CAN BEAN : P , I SAUTE SOME ONION AND GARLIC TILL SOFT AND ADD IN THE CAN BEANS AFTER THAT I ADD IN SOME DRY PARSLEY AND COOK IT FOR A FEW MINUTES IN A POT , NEXT I SEASON IT WITH SALT AND PEPPER .

READY FOR ANOTHER BANANA DESSERT :) HERE IS A CHOUX PASTY WITH BANANA FILLING , TO START YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE CHOUX PASTRY FIRST , YOU WILL NEED MILK , WATER , BUTTER , SUGAR, EGGS AND FLOUR , IN A POT ADD IN THE WATER , MILK , BUTTER AND COOK TILL THE BUTTER DISSOLVES AND ADD IN THE FLOUR AND KEEP COOKING TILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH , NEXT REMOVE FORM THE HEAT ADD KEEP ON STRING TILL IT COOLS DOWN , AND SLOWLY ADD IN THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME TILL IT BECOMES A VERY STICKY DOUGH , NEXT PIPE THE DOUGH ON A TRAY LAY WITH PREACHMENT PAPER AND BAKE FOR A BOUT 30 MINUTES IN A 170 C OVEN TILL THE TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN AFTER THAT REMOVE FORM THE OVEN AND PLACE ON A RACK TO COOL OFF .
FOR THE FILLING TO START MAKE A PASTRY CREAM YOU WILL NEED , ROASTED BANANAS , MILK , SUGAR , BUTTER , CORN STARCH , EGGS TO START WITH THE PASTRY CREAM IN A POT COOK THE MILK , BUTTER , ROASTED BANANAS , AND SUGAR UNTILL IT SIMMERS AND IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX IN THE EGGS , CORNFLOUR AND A BIT OF SUGAR , WHEN THE MILK MIXTURE IS HOT SLOWLY ADD IT IN TO THE EGG MIXTURE A BIT AT A TIME TEMPERING THE MIXTURE , AFTER ALL THE MILK MIXTURE IS GONE IN , KEEP STRING ADD POUR THE MIXTURE BACK IN TO THE POT AND COOK AGAIN TILL THE MIXTURE THICKENS , ONCE THE MIXTURE IS THICK ENOUGH SET IT A SIDE TO LET IT COOL , AND WHEN THE MIXTURE IS COOL ENOUGH PIPE THE MIXTURE IN TO THE CHOUX PASTRY :) THIS IS BEST EATEN CHILL .

TO START WITH THIS THREE LAYER CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CAKE , FIRST YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THE CHOCOLATE CAKE , YOU WILL NEED BUTTER , FLOUR , CORN FLOUR , COCO POWDER , EGGS AND SUGAR . MIX ALL THE DRY ITEM IN A BOWL AND SET A SIDE , NEXT WHISK THE EGG WHITES TILL STIFF PEAKS , ADD THE EGG YOLK IN TO THE DRY ITEM , IF IT TO DRY IS OK TO ADD A BIT OF MILK , NEXT FOLD IN THE EGG WHITES IN TO THE MIXTURE BUT REMEMBER TO NOT OVER FOLD IT '' POUR THE MIXTURE IN TO A BAKING TRAY AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES IN A 180 C OVEN , ONCE IT FINISH BAKING LET IT COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES .
FOR THE FILLING JUST WHIP SOME WHIPPING CREAM AND PIPE THE WHIPPING CREAM ON THE CAKE AND CUT UP SOME STRAWBERRY AND LAY THEM ON TOP OF THE WHIP CREAM , ONCE IS FINISH STACK THE CAKE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER , AND PLACE THE CAKE IN TO CHILLER TO LET IT SET .
\TO MAKE THE LADY FINGERS , YOU WILL NEED EGGS , CAKE FLOUR , POWDER SUGAR , VANILLA EXTRACT AND A PINCH OF SALT . OK BACK TO BUSINESS , LETS START WITH THE PORK RIBS , FOR THE RIBS MARINATION IN IT WE HAVE SOYA SAUCE , VINEGAR , SUNFLOWER OIL , SESAME OIL , MINCED GARLIC , SUGAR , AND PEPPER AND MARINATE IT FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS , TAKE IT OUT AND ROAST IT FOR ABOUT 1 AND A HALF HOURS , AFTER THAT LET IT REST FOR 10 MINUTES AND IS READY TO EAT ....... AND THE PAN DRIPPINGS CAN USE AS SAUCE JUST IN A POT COOK THE PAN DRIPPINGS AND ADD IN SOME CORN STARCH JUST TO MAKE THE SAUCE THICK .
FOR THE SALAD JUST GRILL THE CORN AND SLICE IT TO GET THE CORN KERNEL , AFTER THAT CUT THE BEET ROOT AND IN A POT ADD IN WINGER AND WATER BOIL IT FOR 30 MINUTES ...... AND SERVE IT WITH A FRESH ROMAN LETTUCE .
FOR THE POTATOES JUST CUT THE POTATOES AND IN A PAN JUST ADD SOME OIL AND ADD IN THE POTATOES AND TURN THE HEAT TO LOW SO THAT THE POTATOES CAN BE FULLY COOK ADD IN SOME DRY PARSLEY AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER COOK TILL THE POTATOES IS FULLY COOK , IF YOU CANNOT FINISH COOKING JUST PUT IT IN THE OVEN FOR A FEW MINUTES , TILL THE POTATOES IS FULLY COOK ......

OVER HERE I HAVE MADE A MEAT LOAD BUT CAN MEAT , A PANCAKE MADE BY CAN PEAS , AND A CORN BREAD MADE WITH CAN CORN , FOR THE SAUCE IS BOTTLE BARBECUE SAUCE AND TOMATO SAUCE WITH COOK TOGETHER
HERE IS HOW TO STAR WITH THE MEAT LOAF , FIRST TAKE A CAN OF MEAT AND BLEND IT WITH ONION, GARLIC , EGG YOLKS , SALT , PEPPER, BIT OF BREAD CRUMBS , AND SOME CHOP UP TOMATO FOR TASTE , JUST BLEND THEM ALL TOGETHER AND PUT THEM IN A BAKING TRAY AND ROAST THEM LOW AND SLOW , THIS IS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE INSIDE IS COOK BUT NOT OVER COOK THAT WAY THE MEAT WILL STAY MOIST AND WON'T DRY OUT , AFTER THAT IS THE BARBECUE SAUCE , IN A POT CRUSH SOME ONION, GARLIC , AND POUR IN HALF A CUP OF BARBECUE SAUCE AND ONE CUP OF TOMATO SAUCE , LET IT COOK AND ADD IN ONE TABLESPOON OF WHITE VINGER , JUST TO GIVE IT A KICK , LASTLY ADD IN SALT AND PEPPER , AFTER THE MEAT IS DONE JUST UNMOLD IT AND GLAZE THE MEAT WITH THE SAUCE AND CONTINUE COOKING IN THE OVER FOR ABOUT 20 MORE MINUTES , OOOO YA IN A 150 C OVEN .
NEXT IS THE PANCAKE IN A BOWL ADD IN THE PUREE GREEN PEAS ADD IN MILK , EGGS , BAKING POWDER , AND FLOUR LASTLY ADD IN SALT AND PEPPER , AND IN TO THE CHILLER FOR A FEW HOURS , AFTER THAT TAKE IT OUT AND IN A NON STICK PAN RUB A BIT OF BUTTER ON THE PAN AND PUT A TABLESPOON OF BATTER IN THE PAN LET IT COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES EACH SIDES , REMOVE FORM HEAT WHEN THE SIDES START TO BROWN.
THE CORN BREAD , WELL TO START IN A BOWL ADD IN THE CORN , ADD IN MILK , EGGS, SUGAR , YEAST , AND BREAD FLOUR , MIX IT UNTILL IT BECOMES A DOUGH AND KNEAD IT WITH YOUR HAND , FOR A FEW MINUTES TILL THE DOUGH BECOMES SMOOTH AND THE DOUGH DON'T STICK TO YOUR HAND , LET THE DOUGH REST FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN PORTION IT IN TO A TRY AND REMEMBER TO PUT ON EGG WASH AND JUST ADD A BIT OF SALT , BAKE IT FOR 20 MINUTES IN A 180C OVER TILL THE BREAD TURNS INTO GOLDEN BROWN AND REMOVE IT ,SET ASIDE AND LET IT COOL.

I KNOW THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD BUT THIS SLOW FOOD ON THE GO , TRUST ME IS BETTER THEN FAST FOOD , TO START FIRST THE PARMESAN BUN , IN A BOWL ADD IN THE BREAD FLOUR , SALT ,PARMESAN CHEESE , SUGAR AND MIX IT TILL COMBINE , IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD IN WARM MILK AND YEAST FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES , THEN ADD THE MILK IN TO THE FLOUR MIXTURE , AND KNEAD TILL IT ALL COMES TOGETHER , KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES , PLACE THE DOUGH IN A CLEAN BOWL AND LET IT RISE FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES , AFTER THAT PORTION THE DOUGH AND LET IT RISE AGAIN FOR 30 MINUTES , AFTER ALL THE RISING IS ALL DONE , EGG WASH THE DOUGH AND TOP OFF WITH MORE CHEESE ,THEN BAKE THE DOUGH IN A 180C OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES .
FOR THE SWEET POTATO FRIES JUST CUT UP SOME SWEET POTATO AND COAT THEM WITH CORN FLOUR AND FRY IT TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND REMOVE IT FORM THE OIL , SPRINKLE IT WITH PAPRIKA AND SALT THEN BAKE IT IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 MORE MINUTES IN A 160C OVEN .
FOR THE GRILL CHICKEN START BY JUST MAKE SOME CHICKEN PATTY USING , CHICKEN BREAST , EGG WHITE , SALT , BLACK PEPPER AND A BIT OF SUGAR , IN A GILL PAN ADD A BIT OF OIL AND PLACE THE CHICKEN PATTY IN THE GRILLING PAN FOR A FEW MINUTES , THEN FINISH THE CHICKEN IN THE OVEN FOR A FEW MORE MINUTES , THIS WILL MORE SURE THE CHICKEN IS NOT OVER OR UNDER COOK , THIS HELP TO KEEP THE CHICKEN MOIST INSIDE .

TO PUT THIS DISH TOGETHER JUST COOK SOME INSTANT NOODLES AND ADD IN THE CHILI OIL PLACE THE COOK PORK ON TOP AND COOK SOME BUTTON MUSHROOM WITH A BUTTER AND PLACE IT ON TOP OF THE NOODLES , FOR THE POUCH EGG JUST IN A BOWL WITH PLASTIC RAP ADD IN A BIT OF OIL , CRACK AN EGG AND ON TOP OF THE EGG ADD SALT AND PEPPER TOP OF WITH A BIT OF OIL AND RAP IN TIGHT , PLACE THE EGG IN BOILING WATER FOR 5 MINUTES REMOVE FORM WATER AND PLACE IN COLD WATER , TO COOL OF AND THERE YOU HAVE IT A VERY VERY SPICY NOODLES FOR ALL THE BRAVE HEARTS OUT THERE , IT WILL MAKE YOUR MOUTH ON FIRE !!!!!!
